Delete Your Gynus Account
To request deletion of your Gynus account and associated data, email support@gynus.fit from the email address linked to your account.
Email support@gynus.fitPlease include:
- The email address used for your Gynus account.
- Your full name, if helpful for identification.
When we receive your request, we will review it and delete your account and associated app data, including your profile, group memberships, workout logs, comments, reactions, and uploaded workout photos.
If we need to retain limited information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, we may keep only what is necessary for that purpose.
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
